I grew up working hard—starting in construction at 14, managing a detail crew at 19, and eventually leading military intelligence missions and then networking infrastructure projects at a Fortune 50 company. Whether working with my hands or leading high-stakes teams, I have always thrived in environments where strategic thinking and execution go hand-in-hand.

My goal is to acquire established, cash-flowing small businesses, and create long-term opportunities for everyone involved. I am a builder at heart. I believe in:

• Systemizing, not stripping.

• Empowering people, not replacing them.

• Creating value for investors, employees, and customers alike.

 

Outside of business, I am a husband, father, veteran, and adventure-seeker. I created KoolDad Adventures as a personal outlet to share life with my kids—hiking mountains, hitting the trails, lifting weights, chasing stars, and building unforgettable memories. That spirit of curiosity, courage, and leadership fuels everything I do—whether it is raising my children, scaling a company, or launching a new venture.
